Rathlee’s Rum is column distilled in Latin America before arriving on the shores of Cornwall in charred white oak barrels, to be delicately blended with the purest Cornish water. Smooth on the palate with notes of tropical fruit, honey and vanilla, and a warm peppery-spice finish.
We recommend Rathlee’s Rum straight over ice to experience the spirit’s purity of flavour. However, Colombians love to party and we love a good cocktail, head to our cocktails page for inspiration.
